Our Women's Health Tea contains raspberry leaf which isn't recommended for women in early pregnancy as it can induce an early labour or miscarriage. Nettle (another ingredient in our Women's Health Tea) could effect blood sugar levels in people with Diabetes. Additionally, we always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about allergies or other health conditions. They can provide you with personalized advice and guidance based on your individual needs and medical history. Please note that results may vary. If you wish to cancel your subscription with Herbalology Tea Store, it's quick and easy. Simply log in to your account and click on the "Manage Subscriptions" option. From there, you can select the subscription you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button. You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription has been successfully cancelled. Please note that if you cancel after your next order has been processed, you will still receive that shipment, but no further orders will be placed. Our Women's Health Tea has many benefits due to the natural anti-inflammatory properties, anti-microbial and anti-oxidants in all the herbs we use. Our tea blend contains B group vitamins and vitamins C and E, as well as the minerals calcium, magnesium and zinc which play a crucial part in rejuvenating and replacing the bodies blood and iron during and after menstruating. Our tea helps with (But not limited to): Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea): Raspberry leaf and Nettle is believed to help alleviate menstrual cramps and discomfort during menstruation including flare ups caused by Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS and Fibroids. PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) symptoms: It may assist in reducing symptoms associated with PMS, such as bloating, mood swings, and irritability. Menstrual irregularities: Raspberry leaf may help regulate irregular menstrual cycles especially in women with PCOS due to it's hormone balancing and anti inflammatory properties. Our tea is caffeine free and contains B group vitamins and vitamins C and E, as well as the minerals calcium, magnesium and zinc. Labour and childbirth: Raspberry leaf is often recommended to facilitate labour and make contractions more efficient, potentially reducing the duration of labour. Postpartum recovery: It might aid in the recovery process after childbirth by supporting the uterus and promoting healing. Joint pain and arthritis: It's believed that nettle can help reduce joint pain and inflammation associated with conditions like osteoarthritis. However, due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. Once our teas leave our facility, we cannot guarantee that they have been stored under the proper conditions to maintain their freshness and quality. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our tea products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we stand behind the quality of our teas and are confident that you will love them as much as we do. If you have opted for our free standard delivery then you should expect your order within 3-5 days. If you would like to receive your product sooner then please choose our 'Next Day Delivery' option. Please note, all orders must be made on a weekday by 12pm to be received the following day.
